*Products are not made until final payment is received.
*20% non refundable deposit is required upon bookings to secure date. The remaining balance is due by the agreed payment date.
*Cancellations will be accepted up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up date. A full refund will be issued minus the initial deposit paid, which is non refundable.
*50% refund applies to orders cancelled between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick up date.
*No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice due to costs incurred by the initiation of an order.
*Changes are permissible to an order up to 4 days prior to the scheduled pick up time subject to availability.
*Depending on circumstances and/or our availability, we may be able to offer a reschedule.
Gluten-Free Disclaimer
Whilst my gluten-free options are made using ingredients that do not contain gluten, I am not a certified gluten-free kitchen. All products are prepared in the same kitchen using shared equipment, utensils and preparation areas where gluten-containing ingredients are also handled.
Although every care is taken to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, I cannot guarantee that my products are completely free from gluten. For this reason, my gluten-free options may not be suitable for individuals with coeliac disease or those with severe gluten allergies.
*All cakes are made in premises in which nuts, gluten, eggs and dairy are used. Although every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate, cakes may contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs.
